Tanzania Tours and Treks

Safari

A trip to Africa is not complete without a visit to view the wildlife in the famous national parks: Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, and Tarangire. On safari, you can see giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, elephants, hippos, and a large variety of birds. Among the more rare treats are rhinos, leopards, cheetah, or a lion kill.

Kilimanjaro

Located 3 degrees south of the equator, Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa, reaching 19, 340 feet. All the trekking routes on Kilimanjaro are non-technical and can be accomplished by anyone in reasonable good physical condition.

Zanzibar

Known as the "spice island", Zanzibar offers relaxation as well as adventure opportunities. White sand beaches, warm turquoise water, spice tour, scuba and snorkeling, Jozani Forest, and dhow boat cruises are just some of the fun activities on the island.

Mt. Meru

Mt. Meru is just shy of 15,000 feet and can be done in 4 days. It is a good warm-up for Kilimanjaro, or a nice trek for people who are short on time.
