Swimming<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The nice thing about swimming is that you can get a really good workout in a fairly short amount of time.\u00a0 After 10 minutes, I am exhausted!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Activity:<\/strong> Swimming<\/li>\n<li><strong>Time:<\/strong> 20 minutes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Distance:<\/strong> 15 x 25m laps<\/li>\n<li><strong>Notes:<\/strong> In and out in less than 40 minutes with shower.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>DAY 3 &#8212;
