The hike is 5 miles downhill and 3000 feet vertical over 4 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There were lots of flowers, plants, and birds, including Andean Ibis, orchids, and huge yellow corn flowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everyone wore long sleeves at first, but short sleeves and shorts after 1 hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We took a break at 11am (3 miles).  20 minutes with snacks with dog and
