Some people chose to hike Huayna Picchu first (optional).  Some people spent the next night at the Sanctuary Lodge, which is located right outside Machu Picchu.  Another option is to hike Machu Picchu Mountain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a Picchu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 hour circuit tour of Machu Picchu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Half hour bus up\/down<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1:30pm lunch (Great lunch in the Inkaterra Cafe)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3:00pm for train at 3:20pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bus to Machu Picchu:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First bus at 5:30pm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can only get on bus half hour before entry time to MaPi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Still a long line for bus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bus 30 minutes&nbsp;long<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lots of guides for hire by bus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Huayna Picchu:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Some people had poles, but steep sections have hand railings (one pole is good)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter at
