Their\u00a0main priority is to achieve the best possible quality  of life for patients with a life limiting illness, whilst supporting  their families, during the period of illness and bereavement.<\/p>\n<p>The group is a mix of ages, professions, and backgrounds. They have chosen the <a title=\"7-day Machame Route on Kilimanjaro\" href=\"http:\/\/adventureswithinreach.com\/tanzania\/kilimanjaro\/overview.php?tripid=3\">7-day Machame Route on Kilimanjaro<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Each team member has posted their &#8220;challenges.&#8221;\u00a0 Gillian wisely states, &#8220;Although I have always walked, the challenge of Kilimanjaro is going to  be immense.
