Overnights on safari are in comfortable permanent tented camps and lodges. On this unique safari, we fly from camp to camp in light-aircraft, allowing for spectacular views.

Day 1: Fly from Maun to Okavango Delta to begin safari (walking safari, mokoro, etc.) (LD)
Visiting: Maun, Okavango Delta, Botswana
Plan to arrive in Maun's international airport sometime around 1pm today. Following your arrival in Maun, check-in at the light air counter. From Maun, fly by light aircraft to the Okavango Delta. You will be met at the airstrip and driven to your camp in a private concession for lunch. Enjoy some time to relax briefly then enjoy your first safari activity in Botswana. Activities at a water-wilderness focused camp include guided walking safaris, boat outings, and unique mokoro (dugout canoe) excursions.

Day 2: Water activities in the Okavango Delta (BLD)
This morning, enjoy more time exploring the magical water wilderness all around you with your professional guides. Guests enjoy twice-daily activities at the camps, one in the early morning and one in the afternoon. This allows you time to relax and enjoy the peaceful, natural surroundings of the lodge in the middle of the day.

Day 5: Fly to northern Botswana, afternoon big game viewing (BLD)
Morning activity, then fly by light air to your next camp or lodge, this one situated in a totally ecosystem in northern Botswana. Enjoy an afternoon excursion seeking out the famous local elephants and big cats!

Day 6: Big game viewing in northern Botswana (BLD)
Enjoy a morning and an afternoon excursion searching out the area's renowned wildlife, especially the big herds of elephants that roam the region and the beautiful predators that call the Savute and Chobe home.
Savute boasts the second-largest summer zebra migration in Africa; its timing is determined by the rains, but usually occurs between November and December and again between February and April, when the zebras move from the rivers in the north in search of the rain-ripe grasslands and full waterholes in the southwest of the park. The migration is always followed by large numbers of predators - the zebra migration is a must for visitors.

Day 7: Transfer to Maun (B)
If time allows, enjoy a final morning activity today out in the bush. Then, following breakfast, fly from Savute to Maun for your return flight home.
