Cancellation Policy
Land Tours
All cancellations must be advised in writing. Cancellation of a booking or failure to join a tour will result in a retention of funds by Adventures Within Reach as follows.
Most Destinations:
| 61+ days prior to departure: | Full deposit retained by AWR (no refund) |
| 60-15 days prior to departure: | 50% of total price retained by AWR |
| 14 days - Departure Day / no show: | 100% of total price retained by AWR (no refund) |
Galapagos:
| 91+ days prior to departure: | Full deposit retained by AWR (no refund) |
| 90- Departure Day / no show: | 100% of total price retained by AWR (no refund) |
European Alps:
| 61+ days prior to departure: | Full deposit retained by AWR (no refund) |
| 60-31 days prior to departure: | 50% of total price retained by AWR |
| 30 days - Departure Day / no show: | 100% of total price retained by AWR (no refund) |
Adventures Within Reach and its agents reserve the right to terminate, at their discretion and with immediate effect, the participation of any person on the tour, and due to unforeseen events may change or cancel a tour. In this event, the above policy will be applied.
Flights
All cancellations must be advised in writing. Cancellation of a booking or failure to take a flight will result in a FULL retention of funds (no refund) by Adventures Within Reach.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend travel insurance to cover any cancellation fees.
