Would and will definitely recommend AWR to friends and family and anyone interested in quality adventure travel!!!!!! You gave us exactly what we asked for and so much more!!! We saw and experienced so many wonderful things we were not expecting. I especially liked the walking tour through the local market area. It was a wonderful place to experience city life in Agra. Our sunrise and sunsets of the Taj were great, with unexpected surprises. Such as the thunder and lightning storm at sunset and the river fog at sunrise. Gave us unique photo opportunities!! Our guide Tarun was wonderful. He seemed to enjoy the photo ops as much as we did. He went out of his way to give us great photo shots. Highlights—-The market walking tour, thunder storm over the Taj & wildlife and bird sightings in the city.
Working with the AWR team was easy.
Advice to future travelers would be to take one more full day to see Agra. Our day was long and full of adventures, but tiring. If we had it to over again I would like an extra day to do things more leisurely.
Overall our AWR experience was wonderful!!!!!! So glad we came early to experience Agra. Thank You so much for all your help.

Even though it was a short trip it set the tone for our Tiger adventures. Everything worked as you outlined and our guide in Agra was terrific. Our guide Tarun was articulate and very knowledgeable. In the two days we spent with him he fit in a lot, just as you outlined in the itinerary. I would highly recommend this trip to others. Great bang for the buck! The Taj was fantastic and I enjoyed visiting the fort as well. I was happily surprised by the birds we were able to photograph near the Taj. An unexpected treat! The AWR team was terrific. Thank you for helping make our visit of India, Nepal, and Bhutan very memorable. Everything was well organized from start to finish. (…) We had a great time visiting many wonderful places in India. We grew quite fond of our driver Manohar over the nine days we spent there. Our guides in each of the cities were very good and knowledgeable, and we did see a Bengal tiger on our first safari.
We were very happy with our Everest Base Camp Trek guide Nawong, and Tul our porter. In Kathmandu we enjoyed our guide Dickshya’s enthusiasm and commentary, and Surya the driver with his calm and kind disposition. The sights were incredible (…).
Our Bhutan tour was excellent with lots of interesting sights to see and again a good driver (Sam), and a great guide called Dorgi. Throughout the trip our hotels were very good without being stuffy or pretentious. We were happy with the choices. All were clean and most had a local flavour. All the included breakfasts were quite good as well. If we were to do it again, we would plan to spend an extra night or two in the Neemrana Fort hotel. We were sorry to have to leave so soon. (…)
