| Description: | This is a beautiful tented camp right on the river near Tarangire. The tents are nicer than the Tarangire Safari Lodge for about the same price, but you are outside the park. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Rooms: | The tents have wood floors, have large bathrooms, are nicely decorated, are all on stilts. There are 11 tents are right on the ridge, and the rest are set back. There are 9 king, 8 twin, and 4 family tents. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Meals/Dining: | Breakfast is buffet, and dinner has 1 meat and 1 vegetarian option. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Grounds: | The landscaping is natural and desert-like overlooking the river where you can see elephants, lions, and more. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Amenities: | There is battery charging in tents but not for hairdryers. In rainy season, you walk across a bridge to get to the camp. At the end of dry season, the river dries up.
