Nepal When To Go
Kathmandu can be visited any time of the year. July and August are hot and rainy.
For trekking in the Everest or Annapurna regions, the best months for tea houses are mid-February to the end of June and mid-September to early November. For luxury lodges, any time mid-September to the end of June is good.
Chitwan is best September-April. July and August are very hot.
River rafting is best March-June and September-November.
