6-Day Kilimanjaro Biking Safari
Biking is perhaps the best way to explore Tanzania and experience people, culture and nature in a very real way. Without the barrier of a vehicle, clients can interact with people and places in a more natural way and at a slower pace. Many clients find these trips the most rewarding of their time in Tanzania.
Our biking tours make a great cultural component to any safari or climb. We offer day trips to Moshi and to local villages nearby that can be tailored to all fitness levels. For trips more than one day we offer 3, 6, or 12 day tours.
From the rainforest between Kidia and Marangu, the Masaai lands on the north side with game viewing opportunities to the vast open agricultural spaces of West Kilimanjaro you can truly get an appreciation for the beauty and difference of landscape. Biking provides the perfect means to savor wonderful views and meet the different peoples who inhabit this region.
