DAY 1 — Swimming
The nice thing about swimming is that you can get a really good workout in a fairly short amount of time. After 10 minutes, I am exhausted!
- Activity: Swimming
- Time: 20 minutes
- Distance: 15 x 25m laps
- Notes: In and out in less than 40 minutes with shower.
DAY 3 — Bike Poor Man Loop
My husband fixed my flat tires over the weekend, so it is time to test out the new tubes on my mountain bike!
- Activity: Mountain biking
- Time: 57 minutes
- Distance: 8.8miles
- Notes: 1000+ feet of elevation gain.

DAY 5 — Swimming
Cold and rainy again today, so perfect for swimming.
- Activity: Swimming
- Time: 20 minutes
- Distance: 16 x 25m laps
- Notes: Free lanes at 8am!
DAY 7 — Run Wonderland Lake
Happy Mother’s Day to all the mom’s out there!
- Activity: Running
- Time: 52 minutes
- Distance: 4.7 miles
- Notes: Ran over the optional “big hill” to make it a little harder.
