  • Goal for this week: More triathlon training

DAY 1 — Swimming

The nice thing about swimming is that you can get a really good workout in a fairly short amount of time.  After 10 minutes, I am exhausted!

  • Activity: Swimming
  • Time: 20 minutes
  • Distance: 15 x 25m laps
  • Notes: In and out in less than 40 minutes with shower.

DAY 3 — Bike Poor Man Loop

My husband fixed my flat tires over the weekend, so it is time to test out the new tubes on my mountain bike!

  • Activity: Mountain biking
  • Time: 57 minutes
  • Distance: 8.8miles
  • Notes: 1000+ feet of elevation gain.

DAY 5 — Swimming

Cold and rainy again today, so perfect for swimming.

  • Activity: Swimming
  • Time: 20 minutes
  • Distance: 16 x 25m laps
  • Notes: Free lanes at 8am!

DAY 7 — Run Wonderland Lake

Stormy day for running

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mom’s out there!

  • Activity: Running
  • Time: 52 minutes
  • Distance: 4.7 miles
  • Notes: Ran over the optional “big hill” to make it a little harder.
