DAY 1 — Run Railroad Grade Trail Plus
I ran my usual Railroad Trail, but I ran to the second fence instead of my usual first fence. It was farther than I thought….

- Distance: 4+ miles
- Notes: My cell phone died, so I don’t really know how far I went or for how long.
DAY 3 — Ran 7 miles
My goal was to run 7 miles, so I just ran from house until I went 3.5 miles, and then I turned around.

- Time: 1 hour 23 minutes
- Distance: 7.0 miles
- Notes: Very painful day!
DAY 5 — Swimming
My legs were so tired after my last run, I thought I should give them a break, so more swimming.
- Activity: Swimming
- Time: 20 minutes
- Distance: 16 x 25 meters
- Notes: Swimming really wears me out!
DAY 7 — Easy hike
My mom is in town, so I took her on an easy hike up the Sanitas road and down the Dakota Ridge trail.
- Activity: Hiking
- Time: 50 minutes
- Distance: 2.1 miles
- Notes: It’s nice to do a casual hike for a change!
