We take our equipment very seriously and make sure everything is in good working order. Equipment is selected to provide a comfortable experience on the trek.
Standard Equipment (All Treks):
- Tents: 3-person dome-style mountain tents for 2 people (Mountain Hardware or similar)
- Sleeping pad (non-inflatable 2-inch pad with nylon cover)
- Oximeter (1 per group)
- Dining tent, dining table, and stools
- Cooking utensils, equipment, and supplies
- Eating dishes and utensils
- Wash basins
Standard Services (All Treks):
- Morning tea in tent
- Wash basin with soap in morning and upon arrival at camp
- Wash water with soap and towel before meals
- Daily health monitoring (twice daily with oximeter, or more if needed)
- Dining tent with table and stools
- Boiled water at camp in morning and in evening
- Emergency oxygen (2L canister)
- All meals and afternoon tea
Available at an extra charge:
- Portable toilets and toilet tent: $300/group
- Hyperbaric Pressure Bag: $500/group
