DAY 1 — Road run around the neighborhood
I didn’t get enough exercise last week, so I am going work harder this week! I did my short loop again, but at least I got outside. There are a lot more runners now. Most of them wearing Bolder Boulder shirts. They are obviously training for this great 10k race at the end of May.
- Activity: Running + 10 pushups and 30 situps
- Time: 41 minutes
- Distance: 3.5 miles
- Notes: Beautiful day!
DAY 3 — Run the Railroad Grade
I am already bored with my “usual” run, so I have expand my routine! When I told my husband what trail I was going to do today, he said, “watch our for rattlesnakes.” You know it is going to be a good day!

- Distance: 4.0 miles
- Notes: No rattlesnakes today
Foothill Railroad Grade to Fence
DAY 5 — Run around Wonderland Lake
I do my best thinking when I am out running. It does not help my time, however, everything I make a call or write an email in the middle of my workout….

- Notes: Lots of people out with their dogs this morning 🙂
DAY 7 — Run Anne U. White Trail
I had to get out today, or I would not meet my goal of working out 4 times this week! This trail is one of my favorites as it follows a pretty little stream the whole way. I always feel good on this trail….
