Diving on the Galapagos is currently under government review. Diving boats will be allowed to run their current itineraries through December 31, 2007, but the status of diving in the Galapagos for 2008 is still unknown.
There are a few options to divers:
- You can safely book your diving trip through December 2007.
- You can spend a few days diving with a land-based diving operator.
- We will inform you as soon as possible when we know more about 2008 itineraries.
The San Cristobal Airport will remain closed until early 2008. All itineraries will be departing from the Baltra Airport until next year.
